Almeria has an extensive road network and visitors can easily reach by the city by motorway from any of the neighbouring provinces, Malaga and Granada on the A-92 motorway, and Murcia by using the A-7 motorway.
Almeria has an airport, situated 9 km east of the city between the towns of La Canada and the Alquian, on the Carretera de Nijar, Km 9.
Other routes of arrivals include the passenger seaport, and the RENFEtrain station and bus station.
