Take a stroll around the Almeria coast and it's interior is to take a walk in an undiscovered paradise which is in it's majority unexplored and untouched territory where you can enjoy nature, savage coves, fine sand beaches, marine reserves, and above all Cabo de Gata. To speak of the province of Almeria is to speak of movies, since many western's have been filmed in it's deserted lands. We must also mention the undiscovered paradises and tourism that reaches it's beaches ready to enjoy what they cannot enjoy in other tourist destinations that are very concurred.
Almeria and it's coast have it all, nature, with it's Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata, stupendous sports infrastructures like the ones you can find in Roquetas del Mar, also the large hotels chains of Mojacar or the Almerimar golf courses. The marinas in Almeria are also great because of their ample spaces, but if I had to mention something in Almeria, it would be the great natural open spaces where nature lovers can enjoy the outdoors!
In the Almeriense coast there are various locations you can visit where you'll be in a priveledged natural environment. El Cabo de Gata and it's Natural Park is the most well known, not forgetting the reserve marina, or the reservas de Adra and Punta Entinas-Sabinar. Further inland is the desolate Desierto de Tabernas, where you will enjoy and enchanting and energetic peace with nature and beauty.
We will divide this trip around the almeriense coast in different parts, starting with Adra, city limits with Granada and finishing in Mojacar in the city limits of the Murcia Region. We must not forget to mention the interior of the province, Sierra Nevada, adn the Desierto de Tabernas, these two are the most know in the interior of the province of Almeria. |
