Laroya is located right in the heart of the Sierra de Los Filabres. It's located on a mountainside and surrounded by hundreds of almond and olive trees.

Its most prominent feature is the spectacular parish church, built in Mudejar style, that dates back to the XVII century. The Alcudia de Monteagud is located in a rural setting surrounded by very arid terrain; a landscape produced by extensive deforestation and the abandonment of traditional agriculture.

The town itself has narrow winding streets with typical white houses. It sits on a rise and and overlooks the Thal Valley below.

Tahal Pueblo is located in the Campo de Tabernas on a mountain slope that faces east. It's surrounded by almond trees and holm oaks.

Lubrin pueblo is located at the foot of a crag. The surrounding mountainous terrain is rich in livestock and covered with almond trees. If you head towards the coast, you'll come to the quaint little village of of El Marchal It's nestled on the slopes of the valley that links Lubrin to Bedar in the Mohajar area.
