With an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, the Costa Almeria has arguably the best climate in Spain. Being an actual desert, there isn't much rainfall and the winters are like a good summers day in the UK. It's an ideal all year round location.
During the summer, it rarely stays below 30°C (86°F). Yep, it's hot! very hot, but once you're near the sea, it's perfect.
In winter, temperatures stay at around 20°C (64°F). It's very mild. At night time though, because of the normally cloudless skies, it can drop down to about 10°C. |
